Credit Course Policies
Attendance and Add/Drop Policy
Sage Hill students who successfully complete an academic credit course during Summer at Sage will receive graduation credit, which will appear on their transcripts, as well as a letter grade that will be incorporated into their GPA as a full year course. Credit for summer courses will appear on the transcript for the upcoming school year. Students may not miss more than two classes during Summer at Sage to receive credit. If a student misses more than two days, they will be dropped from the class, will not earn credit and can no longer attend. Students are not allowed to audit classes. If a student tests positive for COVID and will need to miss more than two days of an academic Summer at Sage course, the student will be given access to the class remotely. Sage Hill will not offer distance learning for any classes under any circumstance. Students enrolled in a Sage Connected course may not miss any of the required on-campus class days.
Any credit course dropped after July 1, 2025 will result in a notation of W/F (withdraw fail) or W/P (withdraw pass) on the student’s transcript. Students are not permitted to withdraw from a credit course after July 11, 2025.
