• Showcase Events

  Spring Showcase

  Tour starts at 5:00 PM
  Showcase is from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
  
  

  The evening will kick off at 5:00 PM with a full Campus Tour provided by our Student Ambassadors. Guests are then invited to attend the opening of our Visual Arts Show at 6:00 PM in the Studio at Sage Hill. 
  
  

  In addition to the art show, we also have a number of spring season athletic events happening across campus. Guests are encouraged to attend the early afternoon games before the tour begins at 5:00 PM. Here is the full schedule of athletic events:

• Campus Tours

  All tours are given by our Student Ambassadors. A limited number of families can be accommodated per date. Tours begin at 8:30 AM, unless otherwise noted. Please check in at the front desk of the Caillouette Family Community Center.

• Shadow Days (for applicants only)

  All admission candidates are invited to participate in a Shadow Day, where they can experience a typical day on campus. Applicants will attend classes, meet students and faculty, and see the campus in action. Lunch is included, and we offer morning or afternoon sessions. 
  
  Shadow Days are optional and not a required part of the application process. Due to the significant interest we see each year, we are only able to offer a Shadow Day experience to those students who have completed an application form. We encourage families to start the application process early so they have their choice of dates and times. To schedule a Shadow Day, please submit the Admission Application. Once the application is received and processed by our team, you will see an optional checklist item labeled Shadow Day which will allow you to select an upcoming dates.

• Parent Coffee Panel Discussions

  Parent Coffee Panel Discussions provide prospective parents and members of our community with an opportunity to learn more about Sage Hill. These coffees are small, informal chats in the McNeill Merz Loft in the Johnson Family Library with school administrators and Parent Ambassadors.
  
  All coffees begin at 10:00 AM and last approximately one hour. Seating is limited and pre-registration is required. After the coffee, there will be an optional campus tour with a member of the Admission team
