• Athletic Information Night (Grades 5 - 11)

  Prospective families are invited to meet our coaching staff and athletes, take a tour of our athletics facilities and attend some home games. RSVP opens Monday, August 3!
  

• Admission Open House (Grades 5-11)

  10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  Location: LeBon Family Lobby of the Studio
  Prospective families are invited to our biggest event of the year! Expect to enjoy a campus tour with students ambassadors, meet our faculty members and coaches and hear from a panel of exceptional students. Reservations run every 35 minutes with presentation start times at:

• Shadow Days (for applicants only)

  All admission candidates are invited to participate in a Shadow Day, where they can experience a typical day on campus. Applicants will attend classes, meet students and faculty, and see the campus in action. Lunch is included, and we offer morning or afternoon sessions. 
  
  Shadow Days are optional and not a required part of the application process. Due to the significant interest we see each year, we are only able to offer a Shadow Day experience to those students who have completed an application form. We encourage families to start the application process early so they have their choice of dates and times. To schedule a Shadow Day, please submit the Admission Application. Once the application is received and processed by our team, you will see an optional checklist item labeled Shadow Day, which will allow you to select an upcoming dates.

• Campus Tours

  Homecoming Game with Campus Tours

  4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
  Location: Wilkins Town Square

  Prospective families are invited to take a campus tour with student ambassadors before enjoying the Homecoming Tailgate, which includes free food trucks and photo opportunities. The Lightning will storm Ramer Field at 6:00 PM in our homecoming football game.

  All tours are given by our Student Ambassadors. A limited number of families can be accommodated per date. Please check in at the front desk of the Caillouette Family Community Center.

• Parent Coffee Panel Discussions

  Parent Coffee Panel Discussions provide prospective parents and members of our community with an opportunity to learn more about Sage Hill. These coffees are small, informal chats in the McNeill Merz Loft in the Johnson Family Library with school administrators and Parent Ambassadors.
  
  All coffees begin at 10:00 AM and last approximately one hour. Seating is limited and pre-registration is required. After the coffee, there will be an optional campus tour with a member of the Admission team.
