Colleen Rivers
Dr. Colleen Rivers (2021) is an emergency physician, wellness mentor, mother and founder.
She obtained her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine and completed her residency at the Harvard Affiliated Emergency Medicine Residency where she served as Chief Resident and received the Clinical Excellence Award at graduation. She then pursued a fellowship in medical toxicology at New York University and the New York City Poison Control Center. She is board-certified in both emergency medicine and medical toxicology. Additionally, she studied nutrition and health coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Since moving to the West Coast in 2014, Colleen has worked as an emergency physician at St. Joseph Hospital of Orange, where she loves the clinical challenges of emergency medicine and the opportunity to connect with patients in their most vulnerable moments. These interactions inspired her to found Seek to educate and inspire action for happier and healthier lives. Colleen lives in Newport Beach with her husband, Jim, and children James, Teddy, Tess and Conor. She enjoys spending her free time at the beach, reading and attending her children's sporting events.
