  • Showcase Events

    Campus Tour and Athletic Showcase
    Friday, December 6
    4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
    Take a campus tour and then watch girls' varsity soccer take on Dana Hills. Girls’ varsity basketball will play then JSerra followed by the boys’ varsity basketball team playing Calvary Chapel.

    Spring Showcase
    Join us for a Campus Tour and see the opening of our Visual Arts Show and then see Lightning athletic teams in action before grabbing a bite to eat from a food truck.

  • Campus Tours

    All tours are given by our Student Ambassadors. A limited number of families can be accommodated per date. Tours begin at 8:30 AM, unless otherwise noted. Please check in at the front desk of the Caillouette Family Community Center.

  • Shadow Days (for applicants only)

    All admission candidates are invited to participate in a Shadow Day, where they can experience a typical day on campus. Applicants will attend classes, meet students and faculty, and see the campus in action. Lunch is included, and we offer morning or afternoon sessions. 

    Shadow Days are optional and not a required part of the application process. Due to the significant interest we see each year, we are only able to offer a Shadow Day experience to those students who have completed an application form. We encourage families to start the application process early so they have their choice of dates and times. To schedule a Shadow Day, please submit the Admission Application. Once the application is received and processed by our team, you will see an optional checklist item labeled Shadow Day which will allow you to select one of the following dates.

  • Academic Information Night (Grades 5 - 11)

    5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

    Prospective families are invited for a night of academic exploration with our world-class faculty teaching in classrooms, science labs and the Studio at Sage Hill.

  • Parent Coffee Panel Discussions

    Parent Coffee Panel Discussions provide prospective parents and members of our community with an opportunity to learn more about Sage Hill. These coffees are small, informal chats in the McNeill Merz Loft in the Johnson Family Library with school administrators and Parent Ambassadors.

    All coffees begin at 10:00 AM and last approximately one hour. Seating is limited and pre-registration is required. After the coffee, there will be an optional campus tour with a member of the Admission team

At Sage Hill School, all guests over the age of 18 are required to check in with a valid government-issued ID at our front desk in the Caillouette Family Community Center during normal office hours (7:30 AM to 3:30 PM).
