Sage Hill School was recently named the #1 Best Private High School in Orange County for 2020 by Niche.com.

Niche.com is a ranking and review website for K-12 schools, colleges, cities, neighborhoods and companies across the U.S.

“The 2020 Best Private High Schools ranking is based on rigorous analysis of key statistics and millions of reviews from students and parents,” according to Niche.com. “Ranking factors include SAT/ACT scores, the quality of colleges that students consider, student-teacher ratio, private school ratings, and more.”

The data is sourced from the U.S. Department of Education, Niche users and the schools directly.

On Niche, Sage Hill currently has an overall grade of A+. It is also ranked in the top 7% of all private high schools in California.

“We are tremendously honored to receive this distinction, especially as we are about to celebrate our 20th school year,” said Head of School Patricia Merz. “This recognition would not be possible without the dedication and talent of our faculty and staff, as well as the amazing families in our Sage Hill community.”
