Alice Xu

Alice Xu (2022) is a retired director of Cadence Design Systems, an industry leader in electronic design automation.
With 22 years of professional experience, she was responsible for web based support globally for all Cadence products and business units. After retiring in 2019, she became an active member of the Sage Hill community, where she served as the president of Chinese Parents Club in 2020-2021 and the Treasurer of the Parent Association Executive Committee from 2020 to 2022. She is bilingual in English and Chinese. Alice graduated with a B.S. from University of California, Santa Barbara in Electrical and Computer Engineering. She and her husband, Ricky Chang, reside in Irvine with two children, Derek (‘23) and Isabel.
