Students will learn a basic yoga flow and practice mindful breath work to help relaxation and overall well-being. Wellness discussions will include the importance of exercise, sleep and nutrition.

Students will learn a basic yoga flow and practice mindful breath work to help relaxation and overall well-being. Wellness discussions will include the importance of exercise, sleep and nutrition. We will also enjoy creative arts with rock painting, beading, collage and more. Campers should wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle and bring snacks if needed.
