Dig through time and space to discover lost civilizations buried in our backyard. Unlock keys to understanding the earth, ancient global civilizations and modern techniques used to put together the puzzle of the past. After learning in the classroom, we will have some fun hands-on learning at the "Sage Hill Field Site" to find and record archaeological evidence of social insights like trade, art, diet and more.

Students should bring garden gloves, a hat, sunglasses, clothes they can get dirty in, and perhaps a bandana if you are sensitive to dust/respiratory issues. Tools we will provide include: broom, wash basin, trowels, dust pans, sifter, hand pick, metal bucket, plastic bags and meter stick
