Sage Hill School complies with Federal Transparency in Coverage regulations by providing a link to machine readable files related to the health plans offered to our employees. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data including negotiated service rates, and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers.     Assistant Director of the Sage Center for Global Education and Inclusion – Start date July 1, 2025
    The Sage Center is looking for a dynamic person with an adventurous spirit to join their team. The Assistant Director of The Sage Center for Global Education and Inclusion will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and leading the implementation of the School’s global and experiential education initiatives. This position will oversee the Spring at Sage program, managing both international and domestic travel experiences and local seminars that enrich student learning and global engagement. Also, this position will drive key diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives that align with the school’s broader strategic goals, fostering an environment where all students and faculty thrive. The Assistant Director will also maintain a presence in the classroom by teaching 2 sections. The ideal candidate must possess a demonstrated ability to lead from the middle, a proven experience leading and managing international and domestic travel programs, a good understanding of global issues, global trends, and cross-cultural competence and excellent interpersonal and organization skills with the ability to work in a face paced environment.  BA or BA required, MS or MA and independent school experience preferred.  
     
    This is a year round full-time exempt and benefits eligible position.
     
    Annual (12 month) Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with years of experience)

    Head Boys’ Volleyball Coach
    The Head Boys’ Volleyball Coach is responsible for developing and leading the boys’ volleyball program while supporting and upholding Sage Hill School’s mission. Sage Hill is looking for a dynamic and positive individual whose areas of strength include teaching, motivating, and character development. The ideal candidate would have experience as a head varsity coach for boys’ volleyball.

    Girls’ Basketball – JV Head Coach
    The JV Head Coach for girls’ basketball is responsible for leading the girls’ JV basketball team while also supporting the Girls’ Basketball Program Head as they lead the overall girls’ basketball program. Sage Hill is looking for a dynamic and positive individual who is motivated and passionate about the development of student-athletes. The ideal candidate would have experience competing at the high school and/or collegiate level, and previous coaching experience is preferred

    Baseball Assistant Coach 
    The Assistant Coach for Baseball is responsible for supporting the Program Head for Baseball as they lead the baseball program. Sage Hill is looking for a dynamic and positive individual who is motivated and passionate about the development of student-athletes. The ideal candidate would have experience competing at the high school and/or collegiate level, and previous coaching experience is preferred.
